The tour operator now offers an option that allows its customers to change their mind, in terms of stay arrangements.
Jet tours has provided two flexibility options: for 20 euros per file, « Jet Flex standard » allows the traveler to change their destination, their hotel, the date of their departure, the duration of their stay and the name of the travelers up to 21 days before the planned departure. For 100 euros, the “Jet Flex +” formula shortens this period up to 7 days before departure.
An offer reserved for medium-haul stays
Some conditions and restrictions apply, specifies the TO of the Thomas Cook group. The service is available on medium-haul trips with charter flights, in winter the Canaries, Finland, Morocco and Tunisia, and in summer destinations in the Mediterranean basin. For the change of departure day, the new date must be less than 6 months after the initial date.
Finally, the offer is limited to two changes per file, and does not concern promotions or group rates.
