Preparation
Dilute the baker’s yeast in lukewarm milk and let it sit for a few moments.
In a large salad bowl, mix the flour, sugar, sesame seeds and anise. Add the milk yeast mixture and the orange blossom water.
Pour in the oil and melted butter. Knead well until you obtain a consistent dough. Once the dough is well kneaded, shape the dough into baguettes 2 cm in diameter. Place them on the baking tray then cover warmly and leave to rise for 2 hours.
Once the dough has risen, bake it halfway in a low oven. Remove the baguettes from the oven before cooking browns them.
Once cooled, cover them and leave them until the next day to cut them into thin slices. Place them on the baking tray and brown for a few minutes in a medium oven.

- 1 medium glass of sugar
- 1 glass of lukewarm milk
- 1 glass (oil+melted butter)
- 50 g baker’s yeast
- A little orange blossom water
- 1 large glass of sesame seeds,
- 50 g anise
- 1 pinch of salt
