Built over an area of two hectares with a total investment of 150 million DH, the hotel generated more than 120 direct jobs in the first three months. “The opening of this hotel is another sign of the chain’s expansion plans, and of our objective to continue our growth with a superior product in the most important Moroccan tourist destinations. This is a very special project, which I started to build at least 20 years ago, and which marks my return to this city that I love very much after several years of absence,” confided Abdelhadi Alami, founding president of the Dounia Hôtels group, leader in the luxury hotel industry. This new five-star boutique hotel consolidates the brand image of the Agadir destination, through new new generation hotel establishments, to support the development of the tourism sector which continues its upward trend. In this sense, tourist arrivals last June increased by 42.23%, and overnight stays by 26.77%, compared to the same period of 2016.
