Three Louvre Hotels establishments in Casablanca in partnership with H Partners

The Louvre Hotels group, a subsidiary of the French holding company Groupe du Louvre, announced in a press release the opening in Casablanca of “a multi-brand complex of nearly 411 rooms”. The new hotel complex is “the result of a partnership with the Moroccan tourism investment fund H Partners”, the tourism fund controlled by the royal holding company Al Mada via AttijariWafa Bank. The complex “will open its doors next September”.

The architectural plan was designed by architect Amal Salmi El Idrissi from the Atelier 6 architectural firm. The new multiplex will be “located near the various stations and close to the main roads, as well as the historic heart of Casablanca,” adds the press release. On a plot of nearly 2,300 m², the complex will be available in three brands targeting three different profiles: Première Classe with 124 rooms, Campanile with 189 rooms, and Kyriad with 98 rooms.

This new investment is at the center of “the group’s development strategy”, keen to strengthen its presence on the African continent. There are currently 26 hotels there, and nearly 20 projects are underway.

“Casablanca, a major economic capital, becomes a showcase of the hotel excellence of Louvre Hotels Group for the entire African continent” and  “joins our ambition to weave a broad, multi-brand network, across all the political or economic capitals of the continent”, declares Andreas Tscherning, general director of international operations of the group.
