
Mr. Bensaid inaugurates the Morocco Pavilion, guest of honor at the 2025 Paris Book Festival
The Minister of Youth, Culture and Communication, Mohamed Mehdi Bensaid, inaugurated, this Thursday, April 10, the Morocco pavilion, guest of honor at the Paris Book Festival 2025, organized at the Grand Palais until April 13. This inauguration took place in the presence of Rachida Dati, French Minister of Culture, Valérie Pécresse, President of the Île-de-France Region, as well as other high-ranking figures such as André Azoulay, advisor to HM the King, Samira Sitail, Ambassador of Morocco to France, and Samir Addahre, permanent representative of the Kingdom to UNESCO. A showcase of Moroccan literary wealth The Moroccan pavilion welcomes around forty publishing houses, as part of a special « Letters from Morocco » program, rich in 46 events: 28 literary meetings 16 thematic panels (society, literature, etc.) 10 book presentations 2 artistic performances (slam & theater) 1 international panel on the theme « France-Morocco Atlantic Destiny », in connection with the central theme of the festival: « the sea ».
