For the general director of Vizir, the real estate concept is based on that of Real Estate Residences for Tourist Promotion (RIPT) which consists of creating a balance between the interests of the purchasing investor, the development company and the management company. Thus, Mr. Kabbaj explains that the management company sells the residences with a land title to individuals or institutions to whom it gives a return on investment of more than five weeks free of charge.
The management company which belongs to the developer is managed by a hotelier who ensures the operation of the RIPT and leisure activities, he specifies.
The arrival a few months ago of a new sales and marketing management has given new life to the park. Thanks to her long experience in the hospitality sector, Khadija Raouni’s touch is quickly felt. Several agreements have been signed by Vizir with renowned partners to boost its turnover.
Its proximity to the Grand Stade de Marrakech allowed it to seal a partnership with Sonarges (National Society for the Development and Management of Stadiums), and several international clubs have stayed there, such as TP Mazembe, three-time African champion.
