AIR TRANSPORT – The airline Air Arabia Maroc announced on Sunday the strengthening of its activity in Fez through the launch of 14 new international frequencies as well as, for the first time in Morocco, an internal link between Fez and Marrakech.
Launched in collaboration with the Moroccan National Tourism Office (ONMT), this project to strengthen the Fez base confirms the commitment of both parties to offer improved connectivity between Morocco’s airports and the largest tourist generating areas, indicates the company in a press release,
This choice is motivated by the fact that the spiritual capital of Morocco, as well as its region, presents great tourist potential, explains Air Arabia.
With the launch of the first domestic service linking « two leading tourist destinations in the kingdom », namely Fez and Marrakech, the company wants to support internal tourism and contribute to the « development of cross-tourism for foreign passengers wishing to discover the magic of the two imperial cities during the same trip ».
