A new Moroccan project for Eagle Hills. The private real estate investment and development company based in Abu Dhabi reveals to the general public a new mixed-use residential project in the heart of Rabat.
Called “Rabat Square”, the marketing of the first phase of this innovative project began on Saturday April 22. “Located in the Dar Es Salam district, Rabat Square redefines the standards of luxury with unique amenities and services, intended to beautify everyday life and make this place the new address of Rabat”, specifies Eagle Hills in this regard. Work on the first phase will begin in 2017 with delivery expected at the end of 2019. This phase, configured in 2 apartments per floor, will give rise to 12 exceptional buildings, on a constructed area of nearly 15,000 square meters, 104 apartments, available in 1 to 4 bedrooms, with breathtaking views of the large central square “La Plaza”, the emblematic heart of this new project.
