Fish balls
- 1kg of white-fleshed fish (sea bream, whiting, etc.)
- 100 g of rice
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 cul. a turmeric coffee
- 1/4 cul. nutmeg coffee
- 8 tbsp. tbsp olive oil
- salt, pepper

Preparation
Remove the bones from the fish. Peel the onion and rinse the parsley. Put all these ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and mix them together.
To this mixture, add the egg, rice, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Mix everything well and use your fingers to form balls of approximately 4 cm in diameter.
In a pot, pour the olive oil and 1 glass of water (20 cl), add the turmeric, the peeled and sliced garlic and the bay leaf. Salt, pepper and bring to the boil.
Then throw the meatballs, one by one, into the pot, cover and leave to simmer over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Arrange them on a dish before serving.
