He is part of the Moroccan team of chefs who participated in the competition which included 110 chefs from the Arab world. Judged by an international jury, Chef Hicham won 3 gold medals. A well-deserved victory for the one who worked for a long time for this recognition.
The first medal was awarded to him for his Exotic Lobster Stuffing and Oriental Swimming. The second for its Royal sea bream steak, buckwheat risotto, three-way Jerusalem artichoke, skimmed with scallop juice. Finally, the third was awarded to him for his participation with the Moroccan team. On the menu: revisited pigeon pastilla as a starter, beautiful view beef fillet as a main course and Rosalina style jawhara with an artistic piece of crunchy mouth and sugar: dragon.
