This event planned in Casablanca on May 15 will focus on collaboration for sustainability. The opportunity being to debate the perspectives of research, development and the private sector. “This 2024 edition of the Forum aims to share the progress made by Morocco and other brotherly and friendly countries, in the responsible exploitation and preservation of marine resources, in order to create a dynamic platform where public and private actors as well as international partners can exchange the best experiences and knowledge necessary to meet the challenges of sustainability and forge innovative solutions,” we learn from the organizers. The joint initiative between FENIP and SIPPO (Swiss Import Promotion Program), in collaboration with the General Mediterranean Fisheries Commission, demonstrates their international commitment to sustainability in the fishing sector in Morocco. The event will be punctuated by highlights thanks to the participation of around 20 panelists and the organization of nearly fifty B2B meetings.
