Al Omrane Expo in Casablanca: A Ninth Edition Focused on the Citizen, Solidarity and the Digital Transformation of Housing

The activities of the ninth edition of the National Exhibition “Al Omrane Expo”, organized under the theme “Solidarity, Proximity and Citizen Engagement”, continue in Casablanca. In a speech given on this occasion, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Al Omrane Group, Housni El Ghazaoui, affirmed that this Fair, which continues until tomorrow Monday, represents a major national meeting embodying the Group’s continued commitment to supporting public policies in the field of housing

He added that this edition reflects a new ambition focused on the citizen, thanks to an integrated and diversified offer which adapts to the needs of families, in full respect of the principles of transparency, fairness and equal opportunities, He also underlined the importance of the family in the Group’s development strategy, affirming that access to housing is an essential lever to strengthen social cohesion, guarantee stability and improve living conditions

He also insisted on the importance of simplifying the journey for users by dedicating a space to the Show bringing together the various players in the real estate ecosystem, including financial institutions, notaries, Land Conservation agencies, and local partners. During the opening of this event, last Friday, the launch of the new version of the Al Omrane Group’s digital platform was announced, after a complete update

This includes a modern interface and a renewed visual identity, aimed at improving the user experience, facilitating access to information and strengthening the quality of the citizen’s digital journey, the platform also integrates an advanced geolocation system, a dedicated space to the projects of the “Daam Sakane” direct housing assistance program, as well as a module allowing you to consult the surface areas

The prices and characteristics of housing, with an interactive simulation, the platform also offers a new appointment making system, a service dedicated to receiving complaints, in addition to the electronic reservation service, which reinforces transparency, the quality of services and listening to citizens

The opening ceremony of this Fair took place in the presence of the Governor of the prefecture of districts of Aïn Sebaâ-Hay Mohammadi, the Governor of the prefecture of districts of Al Fida-Mers Sultan, the Secretary General of the Ministry of National Territorial Planning, Urban Planning, Housing and City Policy, as well as several institutional leaders, partners from the public and private sectors, and players in the real estate field
