The National Human Rights Council has launched a national campaign entitled “Mansektouch 3la l3onf 2025”, aimed at raising awareness on the different forms of digital violence suffered by women, girls and groups targeted by this violence, such as journalists, migrants, politicians, students, content creators, businesswomen, social activists as well as women and girls with disabilities
This initiative extends over 16 days and seeks to inform, raise awareness and engage in direct dialogue with citizens through the broadcast of 16 videos and testimonies exposing the multiple forms of violence facilitated by technologies and its devastating effects on individuals and society. society, The campaign uses innovative techniques such as motion design and character generation by artificial intelligence in Moroccan video contexts
It also includes a debate and a national symposium on technology-facilitated violence against women and girls. The campaign also organized a first light projection on the theme of human rights, as well as three exhibition pavilions in major public spaces in Rabat: Place Moulay Rachid, Avenue Mohammed V (in front of Parliament) and Place de la Gare Rabat Agdal, with the presence of sign language in all videos and media to ensure inclusive awareness.
