The starred twins Jacques and Laurent Pourcel announce the opening, this Thursday, January 26, of their restaurant in Marrakech, “Chouet”. As a reminder, Jacques and Laurent Pourcel are emblematic figures of French gastronomy. The starred duo was notably selected in 2010 to represent tricolor cuisine on the France pavilion during the Shanghai Universal Exhibition. They also managed the famous Montpellier restaurant “Jardin des Sens”.
