A leading player in real estate, hotels and leisure in Morocco, Palmeraie Développement unveils the Palmeraie Country Club, a new kind of sports country club.
This project located in the heart of the California Golf Resort residential project in Bouskoura and covering nearly 127 ha required a total investment of more than 200 million dirhams and created 150 direct jobs. “Palmeraie Développement is a group whose mission is to offer Moroccan families spaces adapted to their lifestyle, their aspiration for more leisure. Indeed, the Palmeraie Country Club concretizes the accomplishment of a true vision of the group oriented towards the development of leisure activities. In the pursuit of excellence, the group has formed a partnership with Ducasse Conseil for the design and creation of the catering offer at the Palmeraie Country Club. A global partnership which covers the creation of the menu, recruitment, team training, review of service scripts, tableware. It should be noted that this project is accessible only by registration, the Palmeraie Country Club is the first of its kind in Morocco to offer such a choice of activities, in the privileged setting of the green city of Bouskoura. It includes an 18-hole golf course with GPS carts and a golf academy; a Sports Center including fitness, Olympic swimming pool, tennis, football, basketball, handball, paddle, volleyball; a 1,000 m spa2, a Meeting Center comprising 5 rooms with a breathtaking view of the golf course, and restaurants: The Resto open to the public, the Pool House and the Member’s Lounge accessible only to members.
