The luxury chain Iberostar opens a hotel in Marrakech

The famous Spanish hotel group Iberostar has set its sights on Marrakech to open its third hotel in Morocco. Announced for the month of April, the 4-star hotel will take place on the outskirts of Marrakech, in the heart of the lush palm grove.

Like the Indian giant Oberoi, the Spanish chain Iberostar will join the Marrakech hotel landscape in 2017. After Agadir and Berkane, the Iberian brand is strengthening its presence in Morocco by opening a third hotel in Marrakech, during the month of April. Named “Iberostar Club Palmeraie Marrakech”, the project will house 300 rooms with views of the Atlas ranges, surrounded by an 11-hectare garden full of palm trees and olive trees.

As for cuisine, the hotel highlights Moroccan and international specialties with the Oasis and Jawhara restaurants. For the summer period, a food truck will take place by the pool with a snack menu.

Iberostar Club Palmeraie Marrakech aims to be a family hotel. It will have several areas dedicated to leisure and well-being: a water park for children, three swimming pools, a tennis court, a nightclub and a spa.

The 4-star hotel also focuses on events by hosting 8 lounges with a capacity of 600 people.
