Infomediary Morocco – The number of tourists who stayed in the various hotels, clubs, hotel residences and guest houses classified in Agadir during the 1st quarter of 2017 saw an increase of 16.03% (202,488 arrivals) compared to the same period of 2016 (174,506 arrivals).
According to statistics from the Regional Tourism Council (CRT), national tourists top the list of Agadir customers during the 1st quarter of 2017 with a total of 60,311 arrivals (+6.21%).
And behind the nationals, the German market continues its progression and is positioned in second place with an increase of 83.69% and a total of 34 036 arrivals during the 1st quarter of 2017 compared to 18,529 arrivals a year earlier.
The French market comes in 3rd position with 33,529 arrivals (+20.09%), ahead of the English market (19,670 arrivals, +10.18%).
