After establishing its headquarters in Morocco in 2015, Onomo Hotels has just announced its acquisition of a majority stake in the Cantor Hotels group, a Moroccan hotel group positioned in the mid-range business hotel sector founded in 2010 by Hassan Ait Ali.
The Onomo Hotels group thus integrates six hotels into its portfolio: two open hotels and four hotels currently under construction, totaling 740 rooms located in Casablanca, Rabat and Tangier. This new partnership is part of the logic of accelerating the development and geographical diversification of Onomo Hotels on the African continent. With more than twenty hotels by 2020, the group aims to become the first pan-African hotel platform in the 3-star segment.
