Louvre Hotels Group strengthens its presence in Morocco. The French group which notably owns the Golden Tulip brand will open, next September in Casablanca, a 411-room complex including its three brands « Première Classe », « Campanile » and « Kyriad ». This is the first time that the group has introduced its three brands in Africa. The new establishment was built with its partner H Partners, a Moroccan tourism investment fund. However, the total amount of the investment was not revealed. The hotel is located near the various train stations, in a rapidly developing area and close to main roads. It offers 124 rooms under the “Première Classe” brand, 189 under “Campanile” and 98 under “Kyriad”.
The resort targets both local travelers, mainly business, but also young tourists and leisure tourists. For the “Kyriad” brand, the Louvre group called on Moroccan designer Hicham Lahlou “who designed modern furniture transforming the establishment into a real cultural gateway”.
