Recent Progress in the Rehabilitation Project of the Lincoln Casablanca Hotel The rehabilitation of the Lincoln Casablanca Hotel has reached a new crucial stage with the stabilization of the historic facades. This emblematic monument of Casablanca, built in 1917 by architect Hubert Bride, is being transformed to become a modern luxury hotel while preserving its historic character. The hotel is scheduled to reopen in 2025, coinciding with the Africa Cup of Nations. Stabilization and Architectural Restoration of the Lincoln Casablanca Hotel The project has reached a crucial milestone with the stabilization of the historic facades of the hotel, a complex task requiring advanced techniques such as lasergrammetry, photogrammetry and 3D scanning. These technologies made it possible to preserve the original architecture of the hotel, built in 1917 by architect Hubert Bride, while ensuring its structural stability. Technological Contributions and Partnerships The modernization of the Lincoln Hotel involves collaborations with Moroccan companies to integrate contemporary technologies. The project is also aiming for HQE (High Environmental Quality) certification at Excellent level, highlighting the commitment to sustainable and environmentally friendly construction practices.
