In Marrakech, Benabbès-Taârji buys the luxury hotel Les Deux Tours

The transaction was sealed at the beginning of December 2024, say Maghreb-Intelligence sources. The luxury hotel Les Deux Tours was sold to the Benabbès-Taârji family, which owns the Tikida hotel group. This acquisition was made in the name of the company Dar Tizrit, belonging to Jalil Benabbès-Taârji and concerns the 40,000 shares previously held by the sole partner Mathieu Benjamin Boccara, sole partner of the company Les Deux Tours. If nothing has filtered out on the amount of this transaction, it is easy to guess since the capital of the company Les Deux Tours was estimated at 8 million dirhams. Under the terms of this deal recorded at the Marrakech commercial court on December 4, 2024, Jalil Benabbès-Taârji becomes sole boss on board the Les Deux Tours hotel.
