Marrakech-Menara airport continues to garner unanimous support for its remarkable aesthetic character, but also for the services it offers… assets which have earned it the third best regional airport in Africa.
According to the annual world ranking established by Skytrax in the Regional Airports category, Marrakech-Menara actually came third in the ranking, followed by Tunis-Carthage airport in 4th position; and preceded by two South African airports: King Shaka and East London. At a global level, Asian airports stole the show by winning six of the top ten places: South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Amsterdam, Beijing, Munich, Zurich, Kuala Lumpur, Vancouver and Nagoya. Recall that the Skytrax rankings are based on votes over 10 months from more than 12 million passengers who rate the quality of 39 services offered by 388 airports.
