Marrakech hosts the 13th edition of the SOMIPV–Zerouali Congress: a major scientific meeting dedicated to child health

The city of Marrakech is preparing to host, on December 5, 6 and 7, 2025, the thirteenth edition of the SOMIPV–Zerouali Congress, a benchmark scientific event bringing together international experts specializing in pediatrics, infectious diseases and vaccines

Organized at the Savoy Le Grand hotel, this congress constitutes an essential platform to discuss the most recent advances concerning infections of the nervous system, parasitic diseases, infections in immunocompromised patients, as well as antimicrobial resistance, which has become a growing global health challenge

This year’s edition will highlight a particular emphasis on the contribution of artificial intelligence to early diagnosis and medical decision support, while offering practical workshops devoted to vaccine hesitancy and the interpretation of antibiograms, decisive tools for more precise therapy

The congress will also offer a platform for young researchers allowing them to present their scientific work, with prizes dedicated to the best posters. This scientific meeting once again confirms the role of Marrakech as a privileged space for the dissemination of knowledge and the promotion of medical research
