
Casablanca: A new hotel at Mohammed V airport
The National Airports Office (ONDA) announced today the launch of an international call for tenders for the development of bare land with an area of 1.1 hectares (ha), which can be extended to 3.7 ha, intended for the development of a hotel project near Casablanca Mohammed V International Airport.
This operation is part of the commercial development strategy of the Office which plans the development of the 2nd tranche of the Aéropôle de Nouaceur.
The Aéropôle will be divided into 3 components, each responding to a specific demand, namely a “hotel zone”, a “commercial zone” and an “offices and advanced services hub”, indicates the Office in a press release.
The selected partner or group of partners will be responsible for the design, construction, financing and management of this hotel complex.
