
A Saudi-Moroccan economic forum this Sunday in Riyadh
The General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM), in collaboration with the Union of Saudi Chambers, is organizing, on Sunday, a visit for the benefit of a delegation of Moroccan companies to the Saudi capital, Riyadh, made up of more than 100 Moroccan companies representing 15 economic sectors.
This visit aims to examine opportunities for commercial and investment partnership between Morocco and Saudi Arabia and to organize economic events with the participation of representatives of private and public sectors of both countries. The agenda of the visit includes holding the Saudi-Moroccan Economic Forum at the headquarters of the Union of Saudi Chambers, which will highlight the investment environment and opportunities in the two countries, as well as the role of funds and financial partners. A meeting of the Saudi-Moroccan Business Council and bilateral meetings between representatives of Saudi and Moroccan businesses to discuss cooperation and partnership opportunities and to explore available investment opportunities are also on the agenda set for Sunday. The Moroccan delegation will take part on Monday in a Saudi-Moroccan business meeting and a partnership meeting at the headquarters of the Chamber in Riyadh, in addition to visiting a number of relevant government and private bodies and organizations. Also, the president of the General Confederation of Moroccan Businesses, Chakib Laalej, will meet with the president of the Union of Saudi Chambers, Hassan Mojab Al-Huwaizi. The Moroccan trade mission’s visit aims to explore investment opportunities between Moroccan and Saudi companies in various sectors, including agriculture, industry, finance, renewable energy, real estate, construction, services, health and technology.
