The Globalia Group, through its hotel management subsidiary Be Live Hotels, is inaugurating two new entities: Be live Experience Marrakech Palmeraie and Be Live Collection Marrakech Adults Only, with a total capacity of 379 keys in the heart of the palm grove of the ocher city.
This double opening of the Spanish group Globalia in Marrakech, after that of Saïdia, marks its desire to continue its development in Morocco. The two establishments in Marrakech are the property of the H Partners investment fund, the first tourism investment fund in Morocco.
Be Live Experience Marrakech Palmeraie is a 4* category hotel, with a capacity of 167 keys including 110 double rooms, 45 duplexes and 12 junior suites, in an all-inclusive formula. The hotel has been in soft-opening since the end of 2017. It has a buffet restaurant with 400 seats, an Andalusian restaurant with 70 seats and a Snack Grill. The hotel includes a heated swimming pool, a swimming pool with slides and a mini club for children, an open-air entertainment theater and a conference room with a capacity of 450 people.
For its part, Be Live Collection Marrakech Adults Only is a category 5* all-inclusive establishment dedicated exclusively to adults. The hotel has 212 keys including 164 superior double rooms, 28 superior double rooms with “Swim Up” and 20 junior suites. The swim-up rooms allow direct access to the private swimming pool, from the room’s terrace. The Adults Only concept is reserved for adults over 16 years old in order to guarantee a peaceful stay and appropriate entertainment, specifies Globalia. The hotel has two restaurants. In addition to two giant swimming pools separated by an Andalusian garden, the hotel has a Sports-Bar, a Lobby-Bar, a Snack Bar and a Pool-Bar. The hotel’s Spa, « Bay Spa », which covers 1,500 square meters, includes a heated indoor swimming pool, a gym, a sauna, 2 hammams and treatment and massage rooms. The hotel also offers a modular conference room, spread over 500 square meters, fully equipped with the latest technological trends in sound and light.
