AccorHotels, the leading international hotel operator, announces the promotion and appointment of Olivier Granet to the position of Managing Director and Director of Operations Middle East and Africa. Until then, Olivier oversaw the Middle East region as Managing Director and Director of Operations of AccorHotels in Dubai. And since January 1, 2017, Granet has overseen all support functions, the mid-range and economy segments across the entire region, as well as the luxury segment in Africa and the Indian Ocean. Note that the Middle East and Africa now represent more than 178 hotels, or more than 40,000 rooms in 28 countries and more than 160 projects are also in development.
