Sofitel establishes itself in Tamuda Bay
The establishment has 104 rooms, including nine suites, eight bungalows and five villas, spread over an area of 4 hectares. It offers a restaurant, a meeting room with a capacity of 160 people, a spa and a heated swimming pool. The architecture and interior decoration were designed by GM Architects, specialized in the creation of high-end resorts, with the participation of the Moroccan architectural firm Ziyat. The architect, Galal Mahmoud, wanted to integrate contextual references into the decoration of the hotel (by combining the French art of living with traditional Moroccan culture.)
Continuing the development strategy of the French hotel group in Morocco, this new establishment completes an existing portfolio of ten hotels under the Sofitel and MGallery by Sofitel brands.
AccorHotels, 6th global group according to the ranking established by Hospitality ON as of January 1, 2016, is present in 92 countries, with nearly 3,900 hotels and 190,000 employees.
