The number of tourists who visited Morocco during the first two months of 2024 amounted to more than 2.1 million people, an increase of 14% compared to the same period a year earlier, according to the Ministry of Tourism, Crafts, Social and Solidarity Economy. “The efforts made to promote destinations and improve their accessibility continue to bear fruit. In 2024, Moroccan tourism maintains its path towards achieving the objectives of the roadmap, recording 1.1 million arrivals in February, a significant increase of 18% compared to February 2023. Thus, during the first two months of this year, more than 2.1 million tourists visited Morocco, marking a growth of 14% compared to the same period of 2023″, indicates the ministry in a brief on tourist arrivals.
