Casablanca will host, from March 21 to 24, the 2017 edition of the “Cremai” international trade fair for hospitality, catering and pastry-bakery professionals. An event which aims to be a platform for highlighting Moroccan and African talents in the food professions. The 7th edition of this biennial event, held in 2015, saw the participation of 210 exhibitors representing 600 brands from 7 countries. Rahal Events, initiator of this professional meeting, organized 14 competitions which brought together 160 candidates. 41 winners were selected.
