Denmark: Moroccan cuisine featured in Copenhagen
Moroccan culinary art, with its aromas and scents, its peppers and its smells, was the subject of all the praise on Monday evening in Copenhagen from an audience of participants in the Francophonie Day.
Placed at the very entrance to a buffet dinner for the occasion, at the headquarters of the University of Roskilde, the Moroccan stand has established itself as a must-see for all guests wishing to taste the culinary secrets of around fifteen countries participating in this Day.
On March 20 of each year, some 274 million French speakers from five continents celebrate the International Day of La Francophonie, a date chosen in reference to March 20, 1970, when the Agency for Cultural and Technical Cooperation (ACCT) was created, now the International Organization of La Francophonie.
