
Sajid inaugurates an “Adult Only” hotel in Marrakech
– 450 million dirhams. Here is what the two new hotel establishments cost which were inaugurated this Saturday April 14 in Marrakech by the Minister of Tourism, Air Transport, Crafts and Social Economy, Mohamed Sajid. These are two “Be Live Hotels” units managed by the Spanish group “Globalia”, but which belong to the Moroccan tourism investment fund “H Partners”.
An activity suitable for adults only
The first, “Be Live Experience Marrakech Palmeraie”, is a 4-star hotel which has a capacity of 167 keys, including 110 double rooms, 45 duplexes and 12 junior suites. The establishment’s catering offer includes a buffet restaurant with 400 seats, an Andalusian restaurant with 70 seats and a Snack Grill.
The hotel also includes a heated swimming pool, another with slides, a mini-club for children, an open-air entertainment theater and a conference room with a capacity of 450 people.
450 million dirhams of investment and 310 direct jobs created
The hotel has 212 rooms, including 164 superior doubles and 28 superior doubles with “Swim up” as well as 20 junior suites. It also offers a modular conference room, covering 500 m², fully equipped with sound and light.
Note that the “Be Live Hotels” chain has a portfolio of 26 4 and 5 star category hotels located in the main global tourist destinations: Dominican Republic, Cuba, Mexico, Spain (peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands), Portugal and Morocco. It is the subsidiary of “Globalia”, a major player in the tourism sector, present in 30 countries with a turnover of 3.5 billion euros in 2016 and 15,000 employees.
