Barcélo: 2 new hotels in Morocco, a 3rd in the works
Present in Morocco since 2006 with the Barcélo hotel in Casablanca, the Spanish hotel group is strengthening its activities in the Kingdom. It has just opened 2 new 4-star hotels in Tangier and Agadir, reports the Economist.
The 2 establishments (formerly Almohades Tanger and formerly Almohades Agadir) have 138 and 321 rooms respectively. They will be marketed under the name Barcélo Tanger and Allegro Agadir.
And the group also plans to open a 5-star hotel in Casablanca-Anfa, adds the same source. With this new establishment, the group’s capacity in the Kingdom will reach 754 rooms.
