“The Five Keys of Jerusalem”: A Moroccan animated series launched in Casablanca to strengthen children’s attachment to Al-Quds

2; »> This series, integrated into the « Hayya » application launched by the Bayt Mal Al Quds Acharif Agency, aims to embody the constant Moroccan attachment to Jerusalem and to anchor the values and virtues of the Holy City in the imagination of the youngest. The series tells the story of five children of different nationalities and religions, who visit Jerusalem for the first time.

They participate in a competition following a journey starting from Rabat and passing through a magic door, inspired by the story of Hajj Moussa Ar-Rida, a Moroccan mujahid who supported Saladin in the liberation of Jerusalem, Mohamed Salem Cherkaoui, Director in charge of the management of the Bayt Mal Al Quds Acharif Agency, affirmed that this initiative represents an investment in new generations to “anchor the concept of the fundamental and constant link of Moroccans with their Palestinian brothers”.

He specified that the “Hayya” application is a modern tool that allows users to interact, ask questions about Jerusalem, its history and its civilization. For her part, Douaa Cherif, Director of the « Hayya » project, stressed that the platform aims to transmit knowledge to young people about the importance of Jerusalem, while promoting the principles of tolerance and coexistence

She added that the productions will be available in Arabic, French and English to reach a maximum of children and young people around the world.
