Infomedia Morocco – The Secretary General of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), the Jordanian Taleb Rifai, will complete his second and final term at the end of 2017.
The election of his successor by the executive committee of this specialized agency of the United Nations is scheduled for next May.
And according to well-informed sources, Morocco, the number one African tourist destination in 2016, could present a candidate in the person of Lahcen Haddad, outgoing Minister of Tourism. To be continued!
