♦Mohamed KHARTOUF
The city of Marrakech is preparing to host, from September 19 to 23, 2025, the 11th edition of the Salon Cremai, a benchmark event in the fields of hospitality, culinary arts and agri-food industries. Organized by Rahhal Events, a subsidiary of the Rahhal group, this event is a continuation of the royal vision aimed at building a strong, united and sovereign Africa, where hospitality becomes a strategic lever for sustainable development, territorial attractiveness and cultural influence.
Covering an area of more than two hectares, the show adopts a dynamic exhibition approach, bringing together the main players in the hotel, catering, professional equipment, cutting-edge technologies, catering trades, as well as the bakery and pastry sectors.
The expected audience is exclusively professionals: decision-makers, chefs cooks, hoteliers, caterers, artisans, buyers and entrepreneurs looking for innovations and solutions adapted to market requirements.
The previous edition brought together more than 750 national and international brands and attracted more than 10,000 professional visitors, thus confirming Cremai’s stature as an essential platform for the sector.
The 2025 edition will be enriched by several thematic pavilions highlighting current trends and major issues in the sector, including: “Green hospitality”, focused on sustainable solutions and eco-responsible technologies; “Made in Morocco”, promoting Moroccan artisanal and gastronomic excellence; “Tech & Food”, dedicated to innovation, packaging and artificial intelligence in food; as well as a space dedicated to local heritage, local products and regional cooperatives. In a global context in search of innovative, responsible and resilient economic models, Cremai 2025 stands out as a strategic crossroads for meetings, transmission and promotion, consolidating Morocco’s role as a continental hub in the fields of hospitality and culinary innovation.
